I was arresting “Stinky Williams”. We were wearing these big white energy suits with big gun fingers. Then I turned into Stinky. They forced me into this medical wing and locked me in a room with a gun which they told me to hide. Then this big nasty guy came in and said he needed me as a vortex. So I shot at him and he shot back at me but missed. Finally I shot him and it was as if he was a sack with liquid leaking out. I chased him down and finished the job, forcing all the goo out. Afterward, he looked like a squished white spider. Later I was questioned on the matter.
Sympathy: It isn’t uncommon for me to switch which character I’m inhabiting. It happens when I get more involved in a different person’s situation than I am in mine. At that point I leap into the new character’s body and follow him around from his perspective instead.
If his part wasn’t part of the continuing story, that’s no obstacle — you just make it up as you go.
The Stuff Dreams Are Made Of: The big nasty guy was a thought form, as it began to shrink away and lose color after I was done interacting with it.
