While snoozing, I opened my eyes for a moment. Before me was this creepy monster! I looked at it without any kind of emotional reaction, and watched as the internal reality of it changed into the bookshelf. I studied how the light and dark contrast areas became the eye and the tooth-filled mouth off to the side.
