Awake: I’m staying at Bethany’s. She tells me of Leila, a guardian angel of hers. She tells me that Leila makes her presence known by knocking (on a theater seat, on a desk). She tells Leila to watch over me tonight. I go to sleep.
Excited dream. I feel like I’m right above my bed, looking at a computer screen. It’s cycling between detailed schematics of figures, including one that is very large. I was examining statistics and body diagrams of different life forms in red, blue, yellow, and green in great detail. I sense ten angels in all. I want to learn about the large one, sensing perhaps that it represents Bethany’s guardian angel. The images on the computer screen are coming faster and faster, flashing through brighter and brighter colors, accelerating to this incredible speed. So I dive into the large one and I see whirling colors, and I’m suddenly awakened from sleep by 3 loud knocks on the 2nd story window by my bed. There was no fear, only wonder at the knocks. I settle back to sleep.
This time I dream of a large building with circular black supports, lots of windows, and a circular glass elevator in the center. It is night and cloudy. A flame shoots up through the center glass shaft of the elevator, and I sense some disaster coming. I climb down the shaft and leave the building. I emerge in this parking lot with scattered cars. My Dad walks out from between some cars and says something to me. Then he walks off, leans forward, and takes off flying. I watch, amazed, and say “Oh, so that’s how to do it!” I lean forward, lift my feet up, and fly. I recognize myself as the 2nd one ever to fly. It’s an amazing feeling. I fly for a while. As I do, others walk out into the parking lot, and also fly. I land and am immediately woken up by another series of knocks on the same window. They are faster and more insistent this time. Again I felt no fear, only amazement.
I fall asleep again and wake up an hour or two later, so warm in this usually-cool room that I remove the covers as well as my shirt. Then I fade off back to sleep and awaken, cool again, the next morning. A truly spectacular and strange night. Thank-you, Leila.
Disaster and Flight: The most common precursor to flight in my dreams beside being in a high realm is there being an imminent disaster: usually a fire or burning structure of some sort.
Leila: This was simply incredible. I have never had such memorable interaction with a spirit as this. To have something happen like this without the slightest feel of strangeness or fear in the air, only wonder and awe, is certainly a sign of a good entity.
Elevator Shaft: The emergence of the flame signals a disaster coming, but then I end up flying.
