These Little Earthquakes★★★★
August 22, 1999

I was dreaming of the cliffside and starfield when suddenly my dream was interrupted by a map of Turkey appearing across my whole field of vision, along with a message that went something like “. . . this is what went on before. . . . ” Then I awoke to a distant rumble that approached rapidly and shook the hotel back and forth a few times, rattling windows and glasses, before passing. An earthquake.

We were in Japan when this happened. Just a few days before an earthquake in Turkey had killed 16,000 people.

Clairvoyance or High Sensitivity: This could have been an instantaneous group fear flash from the direction of the epicenter that I picked up on, or a high inner sensitivity to the quake that registered before the sound and shaking reached us.
