Dream Journal

I dream I’m lying on the couch, half sleeping. I see an orange sun outside the window and the sky is reddish orange like a sunset. The sun is pretty high up to be so orange. The clocks say it’s 1:00 and a voice says “Now you’ve slept in later than even in college.” Since I meant to be up early I was a little horrified. I looked again at the sun and focused more. The sky turned more blue (accurately reflecting the real sky now). It more or less shifted back and forth. Then the message machine started playing a message from Chapin, barely audible. I messed with the volume a little and it only barely helped. He was inviting us to something and complimenting us. Was this a mental communication?
