Dream Journal

I caught a recurring dream spot. It’s at the bottom of the hill and up a bit. I am here very often — it’s an ocean-based civilization built along the sea on rock under a massive overhang. The feeling was of both being crushed in a bit and feeling free and light.
I had this large group of partying friends, and I had gotten initiated into a beautiful native cult where I had gotten a mask, a tribal totem and symbol of inclusion, called something like the “semi-sloppily-made” something. Then there was a great dance where I couldn’t see very well, and there was such love and energy flowing from everyone. The first few were wearing blue masks. Everyone showed their own personal talents in the dance. Then some friends were there and were telling me that the government wanted me to return to school. At this point I felt like a little boy. In the rest of the dream, I was my age (23) or a little younger. I said I wouldn’t be taken away, ever, by anyone. I think I felt we were “on drugs” at this point now.
So what happened was that the government started with their mind-bombs. First they set off one that didn’t seem to work, but the next made space and colors fluctuate wildly. There would be rapid color shifts and the room would seem to spin or rock, and everything outside would seem to stretch, move, rock, and twist so that if you were to try to target them, you’d fail. I experimented with targeting a car and found the aim of my finger constantly moving downwards.
So eventually we got away but I felt like we had all just taken very hard drugs and were stumbling and slow. We had driven to a port to the North. Inside, some of the buildings were spacious, elegant, and very rich.
I had a vision of our room — me and my native love. It was green, had big windows, and silky fishnet curtains draped around all over. I so wanted to return to her. I had felt embarrassed about being so drugged up. There were lots of people living on the street. The house was on a ridge of green, and a slight valley lead up to the hill with a town I often dream of. I think the Dark Tower may be nearby.
I was desperately trying to get home to find my love. She was thin and had green hair. There was a hexagon area with rows of red then green jellyfish anemone things, rocking back and forth in the tide. Someone had said you could slip through them without harm but I was always afraid, so I jumped over a corner of it. Coming down to the ocean, around this way was a long way home that I often went by mistake. I came down a craggy decline with broken glass on it. There were crabs on it and a walkway by the ocean.
I had such love for this girl and wanted so badly to be with her that I awoke to put my arms around Rebecca. I was a little sweaty and very hot.
It’s like this picture I have, walking down to the shore! The angles were much more steep. I have been in this dream place so many times before. Every night, I think, Every one! An oceanic civilization with a crazy government out of control? An underwater civilization? Shockwaves underwater can disrupt creature’s senses.
Ocean Civilization: In this exceedingly real, reoccurring place, the war is incredibly astral in form. No physical fighting, but “mind bombs” which distort the structure of astral matter to confuse and disable the enemy. What a vivid description. I don’t like this place. I never have.
Mind Bombs: What a horrible weapon. If this was an underwater civilization, it could have been shockwaves disrupting people’s senses.
