Spring Lake Park High School
I’m traveling to Spring Lake Park, fast-floating. I arrive and start looking for Jeff. The school is empty, but I find him in an asphalt patch with a small backpack and three decks of Magic Adventures. He said it was his last gift request from Dave, so they could still be together by playing games. In another dream window I was getting a call which I had to transfer from another network but no one was there, so I started speaking weird nasty gibberish into it.
These dreams were framed in brilliant colors, like deep blues with gem-like scroll bars. These are the window effects I was looking for in Kaleidoscope yesterday!
References: Spring Lake Park was my high school. Kaleidoscope was a Mac UI customization extension.
Mac Style: Here we are in the world of computers, with dreams and outside communications separated into different windows.
Telepathy Breaking In: Notice how I’m having a dream, a call comes in “from another network”. This is how telepathic communication happens — someone is thinking of you, reaching out to you, and it happens in the midst of an ongoing dream experience. These communications get mixed into your dream in a number of ways. They might appear in a telepathic window, the person might suddenly appear in your dream, or their communication might pull you into their dream. Here, I clearly separated it into a different visual area in the form of a computer window.
Fast Travel: This is the fast-travel speed without rationalization.
