I’m playing with legos with someone else. I was building ships. He was building huge immobile robots. We started talking about transformers and I got out my comics and we started talking about them. Gerald was there. I was then looking through some old stuff. The porch off Dan & Rox’s room was where I began, but it was another room. I went through the sliding glass door and into Dan and Rox’s room where my boxes of comics and transformers were. While looking through them, I found an Elfquest book Rebecca had given me. In the story, the elves are much older. Cutter and Skywise are looking through the hedge and a thousand swan ships are becoming visible in the ocean beyond. It’s all the tribes gathering. The sky is brownish red and heavy and some horrible thing is happening. Cutter demands that only the young survive and all the adults begin to throw themselves to the sea.
