Falling Asleep: My attempt to hold my focus was more difficult last night. Very quickly images of girly comic book characters flooded in and grabbed my interest (no sex all week), so I lost my focus.

I had crazy dreams all night. I remember very little, as I slept in.

Barriers to Memory: This is my focus being distracted by what I call the “sexy thoughts” stage of falling asleep.
