Dream Journal

I was looking at a very long picture on the wall. It showed this trail of glowing rocks, suggesting an unseen river of lava. The rocks looked like glowing salt crystals with red and yellow lights in the center of them. I was fascinated and went into the picture. I was walking along the path among the rocks. At the trailhead was an exposed portion of an underground river. The water was hot and I couldn’t see into the crevice from which it came and went.
After visiting the lava trail, I went back to the suburbs and there were these thin-trunked, flat-topped spires along the sidewalk. I was jumping along the top of them and they were remarkably sturdy. These, too, gave the sense of lava or a liquid having swept through and eaten away about 4-15 feet of land around them, leaving behind the crystals and spires. . . . AND the lands here around the lava trail may be near the circular dirt trail, the ocean, and the renaissance fair. These are the in-between lands. Happy and strange. More vast and spread out but less steep than the really deep steep ones. . . . AND these last few nights before I wake up, I’ve noticed I’m looking at the blinds and around the room with my eyes closed. It’s 70% accurate and tunnel-vision. Wow!
Picture Gateway: My fascination with the picture of the lava trails caused me to go into the picture gateway.
