I was looking for help and actually got it from a police officer. I was surprised. He drove me to a phone where I could call Rebecca and he gave me her number. I thanked him.
In waking life, Rebecca’s about to receive a letter from her worst enemy — a horrid guy from her past. I dream of her, myself, and some friends going to this psychology courthouse. There are a bunch of cases going on and we sit on a sofa in a section by the defense. In comes her enemy, his gross friend, and his nasty family. They are mean, sexist, egotistical, hateful, and irrational. The proceedings begin. The judge is overcome with disbelief at how bad their arguments are and how irrelevant everything they say is. I look over at Rebecca next to me and the person on the other side of her leans forward and it’s Rebecca, too! Then I peer past them and the other two are Rebecca as well. I’m shocked and I look over at her enemy’s family across the way. As I watch his nasty mom talk, she morphs into Rebecca. I watch carefully and she switches back, then does it again. It was a brilliant morph, convincing as anything. She said something about how abnormal Rebecca was. Rebecca starts crying and I comfort her, thinking “If that’s normal. . . . ”
Then I start seeing things in green, orange, and purple. Everything is super bright with colors bleeding outside the lines and person-sized splotches in the air. I whisper to Rebecca how immature those people are and she says I should say that out loud. I believe I rehearsed saying it (in practice) but actually didn’t.
Multiples and Morphing: This is similar to my experience in “Army of Me”. My guess is that the audience had other versions of Rebecca from past lives there supporting her.
It’s clear that the mother takes Rebecca’s form as she concentrates on her.
Color Bleed: I have no idea what this is or what caused it, but that specific color separation is similar to what I’ve seen on LSD.
Becoming the Focus: It’s clear that the mother takes Rebecca’s form as she concentrates on her. This reveals a higher truth. As we focus on someone or something, we take on its form. When we express how much we like or dislike it, we embrace or reject ourselves in that form.
