Dream Journal

As I’m napping with Rebecca, I come to remember last night’s horror, and why I didn’t want to remember it, and why I awoke in such a bad mood: Rebecca and I were on Arcology Hill, maybe a third of the way up the hill. It’s near the fern and lake area in the little valley. Our room was a bunch of crudely nailed boards up high above a natural scene, like an attic in the trees. It had steep angles and was very high up.
We had many visitors. One of the visitors was the devil. I had started accepting him around, since he was so unobtrusive, even talking to him a little. I still didn’t like him. But once, on accident, I left our perch, and left Rebecca alone with him. As I returned, I saw him leaving and I realized what I had done, and, uncertain, I even waved goodbye to him. When I found Rebecca, she was crying. He had tried to do something to her and I was filled with such a rage. My perspective rose higher after this. . . . I woke up in the worst ever mood.
Arcology Hill and the Tower: There is rarely a dream of this place without some kind of disturbing personal challenge. I wonder why I keep going back.
