I’m speeding towards Blaine House, on the trip through Minnesota to Oberlin. A police car starts to follow me with its lights on. I ignore it and keep driving. It eventually disappears. But then when I stop in this mall, a bunch of police cars surround me and take me in. I’m processed at the police station. I’m so upset that I’m crying. I ask how long they’ll jail me. A woman starts counting the days and it looks like 2 months at least. I’m freaking out and ask her to shorten it. I’m able to speed the processing with some money from Dan, and it turns out to only be a week.
So I’m put “in jail” in this hotel and dining establishment which has the police staton in it. I’m eating with Rebecca in this booth next to William Shatner (Bill), Leonard Nimoy (Leo), and Dr. McCoy (Bones). I gasped upon seeing them. Bill and Leo went to return their dishes and I began talking to Bones. He kisses me on the lips on two different occasions. It’s kinda awkward but I manage to strike up some good conversation. The others come back and we move upstairs to hang out and talk. It’s fun and friendly. They do the pass-a-story game for fun — clarifying that they don’t really write Star Trek episodes like that. They’re laughing and talking as we make up new episodes. Bill gives me a comic torn out from a newspaper. After a while, morning is coming and they leave. I bounce all around telling everyone.
Then I’m in the back yard of Blaine House on the hill with swarming earthworms and green caterpillars many feet deep. Gross!
Swarming: This is probably a rationalization of tingling legs or visual swirling effects.
Getting Up Soon: I don’t think these are the real actors from Star Trek, but whoever they are, we have a great time hanging out, talking, and making up Star Trek episodes. They leave because morning is approaching.
