Telepathic Songs and Conversations★★

My Bedroom

Context: I'm sleeping in the same room with Rox and Jess.

I wasn’t sure if I was truly awake, but I heard Rox and Jess talking in their sleep. Randomly at first, then kinda together, then Jess was singing and Rox joined in from time to time. They talked and it was as if I was only hearing half the conversation at times. I was somewhat bothered that it had woke me up and was going to ask them to be quiet, but instead dreamed that I recorded it on my portable tape recorder. I got a good bit, then the tape jammed.

Later, in another dream, I went to unjam it and checked to see if I had actually recorded it and I did, but it sounded a little different. Awake, I realized I didn’t actually record anything.

The Dream Self: I must have been dreaming, and was “awakened” back to the vicinity of my body by the telepathic conversation. At this point I think I’m awake, and so I make the recording and then put it out of my mind.

Telepathic Conversations: These telepathic experiences takes place in the near realm — in the room you’re sleeping in, with other people sleeping nearby. Your body is at rest, and you can hear people talking with your mind and communicate back in the same way. In fact, you usually think you’re awake at the time.
